How much do you charge for postage?

Mad Hatter Tea Shop charges a flat rate of $9 to deliver anywhere in Australia.


How long does it take to process my order?

Orders that are received before 3pm EST are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders received over the weekend will be sent on Monday.

Items are shipped via Australia Post or by private courier and should take 2-3 working days to arrive. In rural and regional areas this may be slightly longer.

If you require further clarification, consult your local Post Office.

Please note: In the event that an item is out of stock we will inform you immediately.


What Happens if the goods are faulty or damaged when they arrive?

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or is damaged in transit, we will either exchange or refund the goods and will cover all postage costs.

To claim, simply contact us within 7 days of receipt and include proof of postage in your correspondence. 


How do I cut out shipping costs completely?

All orders over $70 receive free shipping, leaving you more money to spend on tea!
